Power steering pump cap?

My power steering pump cap went missing.  It's a 1963 Polara 500 with
383.  I guess it's a 'federal' pump, not the screw on saginaw type.  I
posted a picture below.

I see one on Ebay, but I have to bid and wait 6 days.  Any of you guys
have one for sale or know another source?  Are these caps prone to
popping off?  I wouldn't have thought the pump is under pressure.
