RE: 65 Coronet Convertible Jack Placement

I'm pretty sure that the spare tire on a convertible goes on the floor
of the trunk and not against the axle hump like the sedans and hardtops.
The Canadian B bodies also have the spare on the trunk floor and if you
get the correct jacking instruction decal for the inside of the trunk
lid, it may show the different arrangements for convertibles and
Canadian cars.

The jack gets laid down on the floor with the hook and tire iron and
then the spare gets put down on top of the hardware and the jack base is
used like a big washer with a "T" shaped screw that holds everything
snug.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
