Re: on to the next 64 cuda question

I usually adjust the brakes partially when installing the drums, I keep adjusting them out until I feel the drag when installing , the final adjustment should be done after some pressure can be applied so as to seat all the parts in to their prospective places, yes the brake fluid will gravity feed and remove most of the air from the lines,,,,,, it is not a fast deal, will take several hours to bleed down to the cylinders, a vacuum pump will do the same job in a few minutes

OK, now on to the brakes. 8.75 rearend installed, discs in the
front.Rear brakes have been asembled on axle but haven't adjusted them
yet.Yes, rear cylinders and  disc calipers are prelubed.

Question1) brake lines are all empty. Somebody told me u could rough
fill a system by just cracking all four bleeders and start to fill the
master cylinder, and gravity will just somewhat fill the lines, no
need for pumping till final bleed. True or not?
Question 2) And what of adjusting the rears with the starwheel
adjusters? Should I do this before or after I fill the lines?
