A-bodies in Australia went through until at least 1967 with ball and trunnion joints... C-bodies (which only ever had automatic transmissions here) had the slip yoke from '65.

For B-bodies, maybe.  I've had 2 '65 Darts (A-bodies) with ball and
trunion driveshafts.
