Another Electrical question

I decided yesterday to get back to my 63 dodge wagon project. It has 
been sitting for over a year (was driven to its current location 
though). Put in a fully charged battery and get nothing exceptr the horn 
works and there is power to the starter relay large lug but no lights, 
dash indications, nor power to the ballast resistor. Going to check 
fuses today but any hints/thoughts would be appreciated.
