RE: Tool Sources

I agree with you. I work for Chrysler and it makes me sick seeing all this going on. But I just think about what they did at Pearl Harbor and then Mexico doesn't seem quite so bad. Lol Our mdia is as big a problem as the companies. If a U.S. company has a recall or problem its on the front page. If Toyota has one its in small print on the back of section Z.

Yep.....Reads plain as day.....Made in Mexico.....That's the pisser.....The big three want us to buy US but they are making them out of country, thus American jobs are lost......So do we start buying Toyota Tundras and Honda Ridgelines? Both are made in the USA and both are great trucks from all the reports I've read.....
GM is closing the truck and bus plant in Indianapolis but I have yet to hear where those jobs are going but I wouldn't bet against Mexico.
All three have their electrical made overseas and many, many parts are outsourced. I know the profits go overseas for Toyota's and Honda but they are made with American labor....
Brand loyalty is great and you will not find a more loyal Mopar man than me but Chrysler started the outsourcing first and none of the big three care about us the consumer.....The bottom line counts and if jobs going overseas means greater profits then it's fuck the American worker.....
My dad retired from Ford and my brother retired from Chrysler and one of my best friends retired from GM.
By shipping our jobs overseas, we are becoming a service oriented country with a lower wage rate and a lower standard of living.
Who will be able to afford a big three car in the future? As far as economy cars go, Hyundai and Kia blow the big three away when it comes to cost and quality.....
End of rant....My next buy.....A Challenger 392 hemi, 6 speed.....Fall of 2012.....

P. S. I will install a Reese hitch and also install frame connectors to boost load pulling capacity.....Need a Mopar to pull a Mopar around you know.....
