Re: Update oil pressure

A high pressure pump is for macho high horsepower race motors.

For a stock motor a regular pump is okay.

A high volume pump will pump a higher volume of oil than a stock one. Afaik, the pump's revolution determines the amount of oil pumped. The bearing and shaft clearances and oil viscosity determine the oil pressure, not the pump.

Thanks,
