RE: Dumb question? You decide

Which engine? I have done well with Eldobrock Performer carbs and manifolds on old street engines, it really wakes them up. The carbs need to be tuned to the engine, not difficult to do. Also new Holley 600 CFM works well, easy to tune. If you have a 318 Poly use the Wieand (sp?) 4 barrell intake, not hard to find, Jegs or Summit, with new carb. We used a new Weiand (sp?) intake and new Holley 600 on old 318 Poly in my kid's '64 Dodge 440 4-dr car a few years back, it ran great, we were pleased.

So what if I have cars in my yard

1966 Dodge Coronet 500
1964 Dodge Polara 2-dr HT
1954 Ford F-100 (Grandpa's Truck)
1990 Ford Bronco 5.8L
plus a few other wrecks and lawn ornaments

Haha if u lived closer I'd come help!! Stock as in oem? I kinda just wanted a 4 barrel setup...I never rebuilt a carb before...I guess it's about time I learn. It'd be awesome if I had friends or something that were knowledgable around my house that I could get to teach me things...but trial and error seems the way I'ma have to do it...I just hate the way it always costs me more money when I break things lol
