Unfortunately, a lot of times this type of thing is not generated
directly from your computer and is not a virus.  If the bad guys get
your email address, they can generate it from their computer in your
name.

As far as I'm concerned, these folks should be drawn and quartered
like the old days.  Tie each limb to the bumper of a 426 Max Wedge,
426 Hemi, 318 Poly and 383 Four barrel and light 'em up in different
directions.  Maybe a 440 six pack on the 5th limb just for grins.

It's almost impossible for the average computer user to stay on top of
protection.  FYI, I've been a computer programmer for 20+ years and
I've done VERY well with Avast for computer protection, and it's free.
