Jacob, my car does the same thing. My car has only 80k mile on it,
but it was sitting since 1994. I still have not rebuilt the carb in
it or even tuned it up and it runs wonderful, except for that flat
spot when you take off, and going around a left corner makes it worse.
It's the carb....just go to Napa and show them the car, get the
rebuild kit and the paint can of cleaner, follow the directions. It's
not too bad, it's just a big puzzle. Just read the directions all the
way till your comfortable taking it apart.
