Men of Mopar!: A rebuilt 440 ci Engine, Distributor installation question.

 Gentlemen!,,   With the #1 Piston at its highest point, and a brand new after market "Harmonic Balancer" at its zero mark along with the stock timing covers TDC mark.

 

Were should the rotor in the stock distributor be pointing to, in order to get the best possible start.
