Mini/small starter question.

Mopar's,, Men of knowledge!,,,I have access to 1994 5.2L Dakota PU starter,  it looks very much like one of these after market 440/383 Mini starter.Can anyone tell me if indeed this 1994 starter can be used as a replacement starter with my 1971 440 ,,and will it work well.
