I don't personally know but per Summit Racing it appears they are:

This makes it look like everything from the 273 to the 426 Hemi during
the years this type of mount was used.

Should be easy to tell, the block will have a mounting plate attached
by 3 bolts and the flat plate will have only 1 hole for the top motor
mount stud.  The pad on the "K" member for the motor mount will have 2
holes.

As far as I know this was used until Mopar switched to the Spool
Mount,

Here is another source but expensive for the Poly-Locs mount, this is
also where I got my transmission mount:

As I said, I have no personal experience with the 361, just going by
what I read.
