Will this Dampner Fit a 361?

I think mine is slipping as the timing marks are way off when I use
the light.  There are a few on ebay. Some are fluid dampners and
others are elastic.  Some are around 6" others are around 7".

This one doesn't mention 361, but I'm wondreing if it'll work or is
there some balancing issue I'm not aware of.
