Re: Pics

Man that sounds like a good deal. Unfortunately I'm quite a ways away. I really hate leaving my car just anywhere people don't take care of your stuff like you do. My friend took his really rare olds to a mechanic to get air conditioner repaired. He got it back with the dash all cracked, hood scratched up, and it still wasn't working. And there was nothing he could do about it.

Re: Pics

You're right I can't sell it :-). Now that I'm getting dash done. Really the only thing left if that emblem, (which I'm trying to make via a commercial signs business here), and a paint job. I'm trying to determine whether I want to pull motor, and paint EVERYTHING, or leave motor and just paint out side. I'm goin back with same color, maybe more of the original color which was an off white, but add a little something like a turquoise roof. Anyways, maybe I can get some insight. I talked to a guy said it'll be about 3500 for just outside, no door jams or engine.

That reminds me, at the car show, I ha a bunch of people look and ask questions about my car since no one ever sees an 880. A lot expressed how glad they were I see the old Mopar, and some, wouldn't believe me when I told it was an 880 cause I guess if they haven't heard of it, it doesn't exist. Lol. Not until I showed them the original owners manual, shop manual, and interior badges did they finally admit it. People.....lol they would say "it's gotta be a coronet, or a dart." yea cause they made 122" wheelbase darts with big blocks lol
