You are more organized than me. I would just open the carb line and let her rip! Sounds like a days work organizing a can.

Sounds like you definitely have a fuel delivery problem, start with the basics and go from there,,,,,,,,,
disconnect fuel line from carb. put a hose on the line and route to a gas can, crank engine and see if it squirts gas into can, beware of fire hazzards
