Re: Car won't start without pouring gas in the carb...



losen the fitting on the carb and see if gas come out when your cranking the car,,,,,,,,, if there was gas present more than likely the parts between the tank and carb are working, usually a crack or hole in line will result in no gas, only air,,,,,,,,

I took the carb off and on about 10 times in the last day.... Every time There is gas in all parts connected... Gas in the fuel filter... Gas comes out of the line attached to the carb when I disconnect it and gas in the carb where the float is when I take it apart....
