Re: Upper Ball Joints in Progress

Your race car shop is looking great. Why don't you take off those front brakes? It's a race car and brakes will only slow you down!

I am changing the upper ball joints in 43. Yesterday I got everything loose. I used my $15 Auto Zone tie rod end puller. It fit great but I had to go to the bolt store and get a new bolt as the one with the puller is to long. I got a 2” bolt but 1  1/2” would have been better. Today I have to run over to my friends shop and borrow his socket.
