Re: 5.7 hemi swap

I am thinking about a 2006 360 engine and transmission swap myself and have done some checking.  There is sereral outfits that do wiring kits.  I am looking into that.  I have all the wiring and computer  from the Durango that it came out of.  But I don't need all that wiring and just want it to run the engine and trans.  It is a 4 sp od trans.  I want the injection unit and not carb.  I am putting it in my 56 Ford PU.  It has had all mopar running gear since 1970, and no I plan on updating it again.

There is someone making a distributor timing cover for one now.
That would make a computer unnecessary, with a carburetor.
