Poly Block Update-Not So Great

Good news is that I got a call from the machine shop and my Poly block
has been hot-tanked and is ready to be picked up.

Bad news is he said the #3 main spun the bearing "REAL BAD" and he's
concerned about whether the block will be usable. He said at a minimum
it will have to be align bored, but he's not sure that will take care
of the issue.

So...how can I be sure whether this block will accept mains without
spending alot of money first? Anything else that can be done without
breaking the bank to possibly fix it???
