Advice on tranny seal and mount

It's a push button, '62, no parking brake, axle bolts to it instead of
u-joints at the front, in a Newport (of course).

I don't want to run into the trouble with the tranny mount like I had
finding "correct" motor mounts only to find out they really aren't.

So, is the tranny mount a rare part like the motor mounts or easier to
find. Also, the tranny seal same question.
