It is due to the shaft size of the steering sector. I due believe that 65 
was different if memory serves me correct. The idler arms are all the same.

I noticed that Frank Mitchell has a 1965 B Body pitman arm on Ebay
(#400263314558). It must be made from UnObtanium based on the price he is 
asking
but it brings up the question is there a difference in the 62-65 pitman arms
discounting whether it's a B Body manual steer or power steer arm. He states 
the
65 arm is different and a one year only. Anyone have any info on this?
