You don't, unless it was put in by somebody.  As far as I know our boats don't have them.   Did you upgrade the wiring yet?  The Alt Wiring?  If you upgrade that you can add one at that time.  Even if you don't want to do the up graded wiring read though it and you will see the good places to add a Fuseable link.  I will send you a Doc file off list. I have Office 2010.
