Slant six question

On the Slant Six oil filter adapter which is external there is whats
called an oil filter to cylinder block adapter the mopar part number
is #3671602. This threaded adapter also acts kind of like a pop off
valve to relive pressure. Mine has popped and won't close all sources
for the part including mopar have said the part is no longer
aviliable. Does anyone know where one can be found or have an extra
