65 Dana 60

Hi all
A local Craigslist ad has a 1965 Dodge 3/4 ton pickup being parted out. He is selling the Dana 60 from that truck, it is complete with 8 lug drums and 4.10 gears. The question is, cool or not? is it worth the trouble to cut this industrial axle down and fit it in my 64 plymouth which currently has an 8 3/4? He wants $300.
