I guess you don't have the IBM card or broadcast sheet?  In the past,
you could try Galen Govier or Chrysler Historical.  I'm not sure if
Chrysler is still doing it, but below is their old contact info.  But
it looks like the Web site is not active.  And it looks like maybe
Galen stopped doing fender tag decoding as well.

I have a lot of books and resources at home; I'll check on it later.
