I've got a set of Park and Shift cables from a '65 Coronet floor shift in very good condition. $100.00+
shpg for both cables.

Subject: Shifter Cable for 1964 Dodge Polara

I went to a Mopar show in Inverness, FL a week ago and could not get car in reverse. I had to be pushed back so I could go forward. My mechanic friend took it apart and repaired it but said the shifter cable was bad. Not the park cable but the shifter cable. The shifter cable is very stiff and most likely is binding inside the cable sheath?
Does anyone know where to buy a new shifter cable or how to free up the old one?
Thanks for your help.
