Zach, I just "rebuilt" my rear window regulators and they work GREAT now.  I suggest to take a picture even before you loosen the first bolt as the picture will help you sort out where the bolts go back.  Also I used a piece of carboard that mirrored the door to hold the bolts as I took them off. I put them in their prespective place on the cardboard. I also painted any hardware white...makes it a whole lot easier to see later down the road.  I can send pictures if you'd like.

Appreciate you taking the time to look... I'm going to clean them this weekend... I'll take some before and after pictures and tell everyone how it goes.... I'm thinking about cleaning the door locks and latches as well.... thanks!

63 & 64 4 door HT (and HT wagon)  Dodge 880, Chrysler Newport, New Yorker, and 300 only. 
 
They made about 88,000 4 door HT (including wagons) for 63 and 64.  If you need parts they are not impossible to find, just time consuming.  A good cleaning and you will probably be fine.
