Re: 64 Sport Fury Street Wedge

who cares what you paid for it as long as you are happy and it sounds like a very cool car!, there is nothing like a 3 pedal car to give you miles of smiles.

I think if you finally got what you've been searching for and love it don't stress about price. Market willl change - hopefully- plus our old cars increase in value in time. It's an investment. At least as we ride out the economy and changes you'll have a fine car to be in!!! Enjoy, Ruth.

Well after years of searching I finally purchased a 64 sport fury, it
is a rust free survivor from CA, black on black street wedge 4 speed
car, it is in incredible condition with only the drivers seat needing
a small repair.

I think I may have paid too much for it but it is what I want and at
least the search is over.

I paid $28,000 for the car, do you guys think it was too much?

I think maybe a little.

Also can I make this street wedge engine into a Max Wedge engine?, I
know it will be expensive and I may be better off storing the original
engine and building a new Max Wedge for some street meet drag racing.

Thanks in Advance.
