Dodger update

I stopped in on Dodger today and he is doing pretty well. He expects to have plastic surgery to protect the area where the new blood vessel was installed. It's exposed and if it gets severed he has 90 secs before he bleeds out. That's why they won't let him go home. When the surgeons cover it up and get it back on a pump then he can go home. Probably a couple weeks yet.

He mentioned to me today that maybe his plans to build a 4 speed Max Wedge might not be the best idea at this time. He's thinking about his dubious left leg. I gotta think he's probably right. Even if he keeps the leg it will probably be pretty weak and gimpy?? He might get frustrated knowing the 4 speed car was sitting there and he couldn't shift it.
