Electronic Ignition Conversion Woes

I installed my ignition kit yesterday in my Coronet...Jegs "Proform"
kit w/ an orange box. Hit the key and it fired right up and ran great.
Took it for a SHORT ride and noticed it was missing. I got bit by a
plug wire working on it so I figured I had a bad one...Turned out #2
wire came off...no big deal.

Got back to the house and half way up the driveway, and it sputtered
and died. Won't re-start. No spark. Double checked the pick-up gap and
it's fine. I have voltage to the coil, etc. Did the box take a dump?
I'm looking for an extra one to swap in but haven't located one yet.

Thoughts??
