Re: 1962 Polara

I hope to get the VIN number this weekend. You guys are absolutely correct about the Aussie & NZ Dodge's, etc having the Valiant dash/instruments - my own '62 has that. However the Polara I am looking at has the same instruments as those fitted to USA released cars, same steering wheel, etc .. just all RHD - so it is a mystery. I guess the VIN will tell us more. I have further photo's of the dash layout, and it is all standard, i.e. wasn't a conversion.

Can anyone advise what market a right hand drive 2 door Dodge Polara would have been manufactured for, and does anyone know how many may have been produced?

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, email your parts/car transactions and negotiations, as well as other personal messages, only to the intended recipient. Do not just press "reply" and send your email to everyone using the general '62-'65 Clubhouse public email address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine-tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
