Mo,

It comes up as a PDF document.  At the top of the page there is an
option to change the size, "Fit Page Width".  I took it to 400% (as
large as it would go) and it made each of the small columns full
screen, as you know you will have to scroll from side to side to see
all of the document.  Your monitor may be slightly different but I'm
sure it will help.

PDF files are nice, they are not dependent on the browser.
