Don't know about the 440 6packs, but the 1985-1991 318s had hydraulic roller cams as stock.  All the "Magnum" motors put in trucks 5.2 and 5.9 liters (318 and 360 cubic-inch) were designed to allow for hydraulic roller cam use.
