He did get with me by e-mail this afternoon then he called me this evening.  Nice guy.  We decided to check the old bearing and re-use if OK as they as not available unless it could be cross-referenced to something else?????  Also his opinion is that it just may be a case of old age and usage or perhaps misalignment of driveshaft angle or bent driveshaft, bad B&T joint, etc., etc....
