Besides the rust issues on the tailgate, and underneath the tailgate, (goodluck getting that part),  and it looks like where the fender bolts on the body at the bottom, the heater is not connected and the car was built a light blue (metalic I'd guess)

In 1964 they made 145,192 Chryslers.  Out of that they made 43,228 4 door HT and Wagons (all wagons were HT) across all the lines (Newport, 300 & NYer's)    Of that 43,228, 9,554 were the wagons.  These numbers do not include the Dodge 880's that would share the same body.  So nearly 30% of the cars sold that year were 4 door HT's.  If you count in the 2 door HT it's 67,508 HT's for the Chrysler cars.  Still most of the wagons have be trashed so it's nice to see one still rolling around.  I'd drive that ugly boat, I like it a lot.
