Re: 1965 Coronet door panels in red?

You need the top metal part, the rest can be fabricated.  Call Clayton Kossuth at 636-257-4669 or e-mail him  ckfrontengine@xxxxxxxxx  he will have what you need, just the metal part or whole used panels that will fit your car.  Don't forget the window cranks, pull handles and other door items if you don't have them.  Tell him Herb sent you.

Subject: 1965 Coronet door panels in red?

So anyway's I have a few friends & neighbors that know interior people, so I figured I would give it a shot.  I had 3 come over so far & none will do the car due to it not having the old door panels.  They said without the top part it is impossible...  Seems strange but I am not a interior guy so if 3 say the same thing I guess I believe them?

So now what?  Does anyone know a good interior person that is in the SoCal area that will do it without having the originals?   I could just redo the seats back to the maroon & be done, but that seems wasteful since the seats are brand new.
