Door Panel

Okay, I am in need of all your assistance yet one more time.  I got the door panels today from Classic Industries.  They have a top area that is not attached, that I assume will go around the metal piece that the cat whisker attaches to.  Now question is, how do I attach the panel to the metal? 

I am thinking that maybe the cat whisker itself holds the material at the top?  But attaching the lower portion of the metal maybe screws?  Glue?  

Let me know if my explanation of what I am talking about doesn't make sense, I will post up a few pictures if needed.
