It's got a poly - 318.  The front seat has a centre arm rest,
something not offered in Canada.

And given that the interior is not the same as the Plymouth Fury, it
is not a Canadian Dodge.   It also has the US.-style body tag painted
body colour and not the Canadian black tag.

The extra trim at the rear wheel opening was called a stone guard, or
shield.    Sales code 467 in 1964.
