Re: Hood scoop and hood contact issue

my scoop is metal, a little heavier but a little strip under it should protect it better, the biggest mistake I made was in the choice of body guys, what a hack I chose, oh well, life goes on.

BTW, not to hijack the thread but I am graduating from college in a couple of weeks and going back to close my shop in Indiana, I am selling everything that isn't bolted down, let me know if there is anything you guys need, I might have it

My f/g scoop is bolted directly to the hood. Paint is good enough and was put on by my body man who I trust implicitly. he said I'd no problems so time will tell. More worried about going real fast and the studs pulling out and the scoop flying off!
