Wrong "first Dart"

So I'm standing shooting all the cars rolling in the Fab 50's show, when I
hear a couple of guys beside me talking about the new 2013 Dart. The younger
guy is bitching, claiming they shouldn't have used the name Dart because it
was nothing like "the original Dart". I turned to him and asked him what
"the original Dart" looked like. He pointed 75 ft away to a ~'69.

I pointed 100 ft away to my Dart, and said "No, that's the first Dart as
it's own model. What you pointed at is just a square box, and they shouldn't
have used that name, it looks nothing like the original Dart". I then went
on to explain that even mine wasn't the "original" Dart, as the name was
used to describe trim on earlier vehicles. The older guy was laughing by the
time I was through, and I think the younger guy got my point....

I don't have a problem with them resurrecting old names, in most cases. The
one that I did have a problem with was the re-badging of the Toyota in
'85-'89. Even though the new Dart is a re-badged Fiat, I don't think that
it's near as bad a fit as that 5th-gen Nova was...
