Thanks Jim. With that later year console installed that 1963 falls into the "street rod" category for me. The console mod was probably made to install a later lever-driven TorqueFlite. Personally I'd prefer a push button setup. But I would not mind driving that Plymouth around town. :) 

As for the hood scoop, a friend saw the photo and asked if the car had a sinus infection.  lol
