Wow, that few pictures really tell the story - it looks like the key to making it an easy job is having the donor section. It looks like it can be done without but you'd have to enjoy fabricating. A lot.

I just went out and looked at the inner panel similarities between the 2 door, 4 door and wagon - it's almost like they planned for this!

    The furry face in the one shot is my buddy.
    We had a donor car. The only real body work was the outer skin. We cut out the center pillar at the spot welds, put on the doors and used them to help align the rest. The rear inner fit right into the door jamb and is spot welded. The window frame screws into the body. we didn't even take out the glass before cutting/welding. One of the doors was bad so we converted a hardtop door by using the glass and frame of the sedan door.
    The car runs now with a 383 but isn't roadworthy yet.
