I bought my 1st car in March 1964, a 1961 Plymouth Fury, 413 Sonoramic Commando/T-85 with a Fenton floor shift. I wish I knew where mom had put those photos after I joined the navy. This car was Cappola Motors race car Lil' Mo and I've since made a model of her. Six months later Cappola wanted the '61 back and with my dad's signature and some cash I was the owner of a new 1964 Sport Fury, 361/727. This car made a few passes down the track through 1969.
