RE: Self-Adjusting kit and brake pins and spring.

Goober Dude,

On my ’62 the kits were:

Wagner F98347S            Adjuster kit - Right

Wagner F98346S            Adjuster kit – Left

I also attached my brake notes from the conversion to removable drums.

I do have a brake related question for the list - the A-body kit I installed for the front disc brakes had a rubber band and clip “anti-rattle” kits.  I did not use them, and sometimes I hear a click-click-click.  The noise is from the disc pads moving forward and aft enough to click.  Will the anti-rattle kits cure that?

Thanks,

Ric

Subject: Self-Adjusting kit and brake pins and spring.

Hi all,

I am having a problem locating replacement hardware for my 64 Polara. I can only find the self-adjusting kit and pins and springs for the 11" drums. I have the 10" drums with 2 1/2 in. brakes. Has anyone else  had this problem?

Mark H.
