Rich, My 426 MW installed a windage tray that bolted up between the block and the oil pan. BTW I salvaged it from a blown 440 that had "ventilated" it somewhat and I had to attempt to close some of the extra holes from that lil mishap. :-) It worked great and did just what it was supposed to.

I have never seen a windage tray that attaches via the oil pan bolts. The ones I have used have always attached by 1/4-20x1/2 bolts that screw into the tops of special threaded main cap bolts. My experience has been with a /6, 289 F***, 304 AMC and 318 poly.
