Yes There are many types of Products and sources  on the Market to make what you need.
Companies that do Rapid Prototyping can reproduce your parts. They make a Rubber Mold from your sample and then pour you new parts with a 2 part mix .
Two issues , You need to provide a Good Sample ( you might have to reshape yours to back to the Orig size that you want( The molding process will give you a exact repro of your sample)
Also must tell them what Hardness of the end pc. you application requires
A good Rubber Mold will give you 8-10 pcs.

For the Matl , go to Goggle or Amazon and Search ,
 RTV silicone rubber

A good source that I used for the same reason is ;

Vaupell Rapid Solutions
20 Executive Drive
Hudson, NH 03051
Tel: 603-577-9970
Fax: 603-577-9968

Try searching for Rapid Prototyping  in your area, Just be sure you talk to the Engr. with your requirements.

Gary Goers in Mt. make many rubber parts for all Mopars , All you need to do is ship him the sample, Gary does not have many Station Wagon parts and his lead time is long
He only only works by Fax. 406-752-6249, email ,gary@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Let me know if I can help in anyway, I have learned the hard way

Subject: Custom rubber parts

Is there a two part urethane rubber compound to pour your own rubber parts?  Or a company that could do it small quantity reasonable?

The rear seat back on my wagon has 5/8” x 1” x 3/4” rubber bumpers it rests on in the upright position.  They are hard as rocks from age.  Not something I will find reproduced most likely........  They have two counter-bored holes for mounting them and the seat release spring clip, with two #8 sheet metal screws.
