Thanks for the heads up! FYI, Pep Boys, Auto Zone, and others do the same. There are several websites that compile lists of businesses offering military discounts, for example: http://www.militarydiscountlist.com and http://militarybenefits.info/military-discounts/ . I'd assume all such lists are usually out of date, so it is best to ask at any store you patronize what is their military discount policy.

By the way, there also is often a "senior citizen" discount offered by some retailers for people 55 and up for folks who did not actively serve in the military. Plus! If you are 55 and up and a military vet you get a double 10% discount. PebBoys, for example, does this 20% discount on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.
