Specs from my Bowman Torque Card for 140,000 PSI bolts: 7/16"-Dry threads=64NC/72NF
                                                                                                          Oiled threads=38NC/43NF
                                                                                                   1/2"-Dry=98NC/110NF
                                                                                                           Oiled=59NC/66NF
                                                                   185,000 PSI bolts: 7/16"-Dry=96NC/108NF
                                                                                                           Oiled=58NC/65NF
                                                                                                    1/2"-Dry=145NC/165NF
                                                                                                            Oiled=87NC/100NF

Note: all numbers are feet pounds
For reference: 318 flexplate/crank=55
                               plate/converter=270(inch pounds)

These are obviously nowhere near stop so my shop manual is not helping.
