Re: 383 Oil Pan Gasket Question

Gary,

I don't and so far I have not been able to find out, I have not been able to find much information.  I did read a personal account where it was used on a 440 in an RV dry and did fine.  The gasket seem soft enough to seal without sealant but it would be hard for me to install it without a light skim coat of something, probably black RTV as mentioned.

Thanks
Dennis
